So in honor of the new Swell Season album coming out this Tuesday AND my conversation with Glen Hansard (one of my biggest musical influences from the past few years) at La Esquina a few months back (to put things into perspective…I didn’t even care that he was sitting with Ed Norton)…I thought I would post something.
I’m not a great piano player but I am learning and instead of the usual vox and guitar I thought I would give this a shot on the keys. One of my first live takes here in my apartment today but I didn’t want to over think it…so I’m just gonna put this shit out. I gotta get back to writing my own stuff today anyway.
